This piece began as a sort of self portrait but quickly became a more universal, even androgynous reflection on meditation, with a surreal influence on the anonymous background shape. About John Ashton Golden
My name is John Ashton Golden( aka Johnny Golden, JAG), owner and operator of Mortal Mirror Studio. I'm a freelance illustrator, graphic designer, comics creator, musician, and all around creative, currently living in Colorful Colorado. I graduated from RIT in 2001 majoring in Illustration and minoring in Graphic Design and Creative Writing.
