Optophobia: The Fear of Opening One's Eyes. A conceptual piece illustrating a phobia. After deciding upon an intriguing phobia, the image content was developed in a series of sketches, then I photographed a model and created the final painting using this reference. My name is John Ashton Golden( aka Johnny Golden, JAG), owner and operator of Mortal Mirror Studio.
